The ancient Greek letter Ψ, or psi, has been used for centuries to represent complex ideas. In modern physics psi is a wave function: the mathematical description of a quantum system's state.

A quantum mechanical psi function describes everything there is to know about an entity. It encodes all of the past and all of the future; it is the entirety of reality and the entirety of possibility. Leadership

Quinn Moore is the founder and principal of Psi Function. He brings over 30 years' experience as a business transformation and technology consultant for Fortune 500 companies. Previously an Associate Partner at Accenture and a Client Service Director at Slalom, he has served clients across cybersecurity, telecommunications, professional services, and higher education — helping them create new market offerings, deliver better customer experiences, and optimize internal operations

While most of his professional career has been spent serving large corporations, his personal life has always centered on small businesses. He grew up in western Pennsylvania as the son of a steel fabrication company owner. His extended family and close friends include owners of architecture, design, financial services, and marketing companies.

This combination — decades of delivering technology-driven business improvements with a lifetime of seeing small business owners' struggles firsthand — motivated Quinn to create Psi Function.

Quinn earned combined Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy degrees from Brown University. He lives in Boston.
